The G-SQUAD with a heart rate monitor is attractive, but there was a problem.
That is the point that it becomes “rechargeable” because the battery does not last with Tough Solar alone .
Launched in 2020, the G-SQUAD GBD-H1000 was groundbreaking at the time.
However, when we are looking at the reviews, there are quite a few reviews saying that the battery does not last.
( The current GBD-H2000 seems to be considerably improved .)
Training functions such as the DW-H5600 heart rate monitor, notifications and smart functions such as pedometer are compatible with USB charging.
The battery life of the USB is 35 hours with the heart rate activated and about 1 month without the heart rate activated.
We feel that excellent. However, it cannot be used safely as an arm watch.

Just a little bigger in size
The size is slightly larger than other square-type G-SHOCKs due to the heart rate monitor and charging function. But it has a design that does not make you feel uncomfortable.
