I like “square G-SHOCK” more than any watch.
I also like Casio watches, so I will introduce them.
Casio standard with backlight
This is the F-105W
It becomes Casio standard, F-105W.
This watch is not a G-SHOCK but a Casio Standard/Casio Collection (commonly known as Cheap Casio) watch.
The list price is 2,200 yen in Japanese yen.
Backlight added to F91
In a nutshell, this model is Casio’s most standard model F91 with an EL backlight .
The F91 and A158 with metal bands only have a small light on the side of the screen but the EL backlight illuminates the entire screen which makes it easy to check even at night.
The design is a little three-dimensional and cool
Compared to the F91, the design has a three-dimensional pattern on the bezel which is cool.
I would like you to see the real thing.
Slightly poorer visibility
This can be said for all models with an EL backlight, but the visibility is a little poor which probably be the backlight material is sandwiched between the LCD screens .
This is unavoidable but once you get used to the excellent visibility of the A158 and F91. It becomes quite annoying.
Although it is understandable by comparison, I am worried that the contrast is a little weak.
Similarly, the EL backlight is slightly thicker than the F91 .
The thickness of the model F105 introduced this time is 9.6mm The thickness of F91
without EL backlight is 8.5mm
It is easy to understand that the entire surface is illuminated but it is better to compare “weak contrast and a little thickness” and decide which one you want.
