This phenomenon was also seen in the 5600 series. If solar power is attached, the blackness will decrease.

Therefore , if you want an all-black feel, you will be happier if you buy a battery-powered model .
(Casio’s battery-powered watch has little error in the moon. And as a watch it is a high-performance and easy-to-use watch.)

The only drawback is that the day of the week and date cannot be grasped at the same time.
Although it can be said that it is an adverse effect of improving the function without changing the design. It is no longer possible to grasp the day of the week and the date at the same time.

The picture above is the dial of the conventional model GA-2100. But I was able to grasp the month and day on the LCD screen of “A” and the day of the week on the dial part of “B” at the same time .
However, the GA-B2100 no longer displays the day of the week on the dial, making it impossible to keep track of the day at the same time.
The day of the week can be displayed by “switching the display of the month and day”.
In this way, you can display “month and day” and “day of the week” separately by pressing a button .
However, it is no longer possible to check “month and day” and “day of the week” at the same time .
Although it can’t be helped because of the design, there are some things that I wonder about as a watch that reduce the number of items that can be checked.
No radio clock Only equipped with Bluetooth linkage function
It is also worth noting whether the future G-SHOCK will follow this trend (no radio clocks, only Bluetooth linkage functions).
This is because, until now, models with “G” and “B” in the model number had the function of “tough solar + radio clock + Bluetooth”.

However, the GA-B2100 this time has only “Tough Solar + Bluetooth” and “no radio clock”.
Does this mean that CASIO will have more models like this in the future?
This area is also a concern for G-SHOCK fans.
(However, the GW-M5610U, which was released recently, didn’t have Bluetooth and had a radio-controlled clock, which made me a little happy.)
